I have been photographing this sweet family since Tia and Adam got married. From there, there were so many more milestones. First pregnancy, first baby - Holland, then Holland's first milestones, and so on. When Tia told me they were expecting baby #2, I was so happy and excited to keep photographing big milestone moments for these amazing people.
As we prepared for the session, we knew that we wanted to create images that would stand the test of time—classic portraits that would capture the innocence and beauty of newbornhood for years to come, just like we had done for Holland.
Marlow's delicate features, tiny fingers, and soft cheeks were a testament to the miracle of life, and I were honored to be able to capture every precious detail.
For this classic newborn session, I opted for a timeless color palette of soft neutrals and gentle pastels. This allowed me to create images that were elegant, understated, and focused solely on the beauty of the newborn himself. We draped Marlow in delicate fabrics and adorned him with simple accessories, allowing his natural beauty to take center stage.
